As a Sommelier, you will oversee all aspects of wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of the wine list for the resort. This includes serving wine within the restaurant and bar, managing stock levels, and helping develop our teams to recommend and sell wines that complement guest tastes and menu choices.

What you’ll need?

• Previous experience in hospitality or specifically with wines. Ideally as a Sommelier or supplier.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for sharing knowledge to enhance guest experiences.
• A WSET Level 3 or 4 diploma or equivalent Sommelier qualification is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
