Qualifications

As a Sommelier, you will oversee all aspects of wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of our wine list.

This includes serving wine, managing stock, and helping develop our team’s ability to recommend and sell wines that enhance guest experiences.

What you’ll need?

Previous experience in hospitality or wine-related roles, ideally as a Sommelier or supplier;
