Job summary

Majestic Wines Warehouse Limited is recruiting a Sales Assistant at our Stow-on-the-Wold store. You will assist the store team, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends, hold a full UK manual driving licence (12+ months) and be comfortable driving company vans. Salary is £12.71 per hour for a 22-hour week, with a fixed-term contract to 24/12/2026.

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months with ≤6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities; support team to meet targets and KPI delivery.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive business growth through loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide VIP concierge service, proactively contacting customers with product updates and tastings.
• Share passion for products with customers through in-depth knowledge of our range.
• Develop wine knowledge and pursue WSET qualification to boost confidence in selling.
• Maintain the store's appearance and branding, both inside and outside, and support day-to-day operations.
