Job summary

Fourth and Church in Hove is seeking a full-time Front of House Supervisor with a passion for wine to lead our service team. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager and Owners to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage shifts, and support wine-related operations in a busy, wine-forward setting.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to discuss wine, spirits, and beer with guests.

Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and passion for food and drink.
• Experience in hospitality and table service.
• Ability to lead and communicate with a team in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to uphold service standards and drive restaurant operations.
• Lead shift as host, manage staff, and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Oversee day-to-day shop/restaurant operations and wine service to guests.
• Maintain menus and wine lists with dietary considerations and pricing on EPOS.
• Support in wine program administration including stock, pricing, and deliveries.
