Responsibilities

• Preparation of drinks items with consistency and quality.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Maintain hygiene and safety across all areas.
• Communicate with Supervisors; stock control and restock as needed.
• Ongoing wine knowledge development and training participation.
• Adhere to premises license, duty of care and bar code requirements.
