Job description

A technology boutique with a growing office in London is looking to hire a Windows Infrastructure Engineer. This is a hands-on, technical role working with a cross-platform engineering team responsible for core technology infrastructure.

The candidate will be tasked with designing and maintaining the firm's operating systems, authentication systems, databases, virtualization infrastructure, core network services, and messaging and endpoints on Windows and Linux in both internal- and external-facing environments. This engineer will focus on the design, implementation, and integration of infrastructure systems, particularly on Windows-based systems.

The successful candidate should have a degree in computer science (or another technical discipline) or comparable work experience, with significant Windows software development and systems automation experience. Experience with C# or PowerShell is preferred; experience with Python and Rust is beneficial. An in-depth understanding of the Windows platform and related technologies is essential.
