Job Title: Windows Security Engineer

Salary: Up to £165,000 + Bonus

Location: Bradford

Role:

You would be joining the core Information Security team. This is an opportunity to drive innovation in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment, focusing on firmwide Security projects.

• Architecting, building, and automating Windows infrastructure
• Integrating Office systems/software e.g. M365
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders—traders, developers, researchers—to understand real-time requirements and deliver scalable systems
• Monitoring and improving performance across enterprise platforms
• Owning mission-critical systems and solving complex engineering problems

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Deep experience with Infrastructure Security technology
• Experience with Windows Server in high-availability environments
• Scripting with PowerShell (bonus: Python or other automation tools)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, SCCM/Intune
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments—finance, trading, or similar tech-driven industries
