Join the team as a subject matter expert supporting our Managed Services function supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, infrastructure systems including the management of cloud platforms & working knowledge of virtual environments (private), and related toolsets where you will be a major contributor to the ongoing success of client support and service operational improvements.
Additionally, the position will require individual experience in systems enhancement review and planning, integration, identity life-cycle management, and process automation and improvement. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who excels as an individual, as well as among peers in a team environment. The position will also support other Infrastructure teams and will cross train with other team members as needed. Personal responsibility, ability to work independently, clear communication, ownership, and thoughtful execution of work is paramount!
