We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Windows-based systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, user support, security configuration, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022).

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.

Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Perform system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows platforms.

Apply security patches and system updates regularly to maintain system integrity.

Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and configurations.

Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and monitor Windows-based applications and services (IIS, SQL Server, etc.).

Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Windows System Administration.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or similar).

Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Experience in managing SCCM, WSUS, and other deployment tools.

Must be available for on-call support and after-hours maintenance when necessary.
