This is a fantastic Windows 11 Deployment Engineer contract opportunity with a leading tech company based in the Middlesbrough area.

The Windows 11 Deployment Engineer role is full-time, requiring presence in Middlesbrough area offices five days a week.

The position is outside IR35.

As a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for the large-scale rollout of Windows 11 for an established global company. Strong previous experience deploying Windows 11 along with Intune is essential. Responsibilities include laptop refreshes, scheduling handovers of old equipment, deployment, end-user support (pre- and post-deployment), configuration management, and troubleshooting. Asset tagging, imaging, Intune, and SCCM experience are essential. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are required. Solid all-round Windows support experience, including M365/O365, SCCM, Endpoint, Teams, MFA, and Azure, is necessary.

Key skills for Windows 11 Deployment Engineer:

• Proven experience with large-scale Windows 11 deployment
• Scheduling and executing device refreshes
• Asset tagging and imaging
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, Troubleshooting Windows 11
• End-user support for Windows 11
• Knowledge of O365, Teams, Azure

Desirable skills:

• Endpoint management
• Copilot and Defender security tools
