Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Window Fitter to install, repair and replace windows in domestic properties across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. Travel to tenanted and void properties is required, with a standard 39-hour week and Monday–Friday pattern.

You’ll work to high standards, ensuring safety, quality and customer care, with related multi-skilled tasks such as making good, trims and general finishing. A DBS is required.

Competenze

• Experience installing, repairing or replacing windows within domestic properties is essential.
• Ability to work safely and to a high standard.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents.

Mansioni

• Install, repair and replace windows and related components in domestic properties.
• Remove existing windows and prepare openings safely.
• Fit windows, frames and fixtures in line with manufacturer guidance and Novus standards.
• Carry out minor joinery, sealing and finishing works.
• Ensure sites are clean, safe and left ready for customer use.
