Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for 3 Window Fabricators in Witham on a temporary to permanent basis. You will join a busy site manufacturing UPVC windows and have opportunities to progress to permanent roles as the project moves forward.

The shifts are 0600am-1430pm Monday to Thursday and 0600am-14.00pm Friday, with pay £12.71 per hour on level 1, rising after 12 weeks. Training and development are provided to support progression.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines.
• Confident to use hand tools.
• Preferably experience in manufacturing.
• Able to get to Witham for shifts reliably.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of windows of various sizes.
• Operating machines to cut & size UPVC profiles.
• Operating CNC cutting machine.
• Adding beading and assembling windows.
• Working to company targets.
• Ensuring all work is completed to health & safety standards.
• Complete training on all work areas as needed.

Our client based in Witham are recrutiing for 3* Window Fabricators to join its team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The client is a busy site with long term roles moving to permanent work and will offer further training and development.

Hours of work are;

0600am-1430pm, Monday to Thursday

0600am-14.00pm Friday

Pay £12.71 on level 1 skill rising after 12 weeks.

Different pay grades to apply to skilled people, this will be discussed at interview and assessesd on skill.

• Have experience operating machines
• Be confident to use hand tools
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing
• Be able to get to Witham for shifts reliably
