Job summary

Brighton College is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician on a full-time, permanent basis to maintain clear, safe windows across all sites. The technician will plan rotas, ensure equipment is well-maintained, and support the wider cleaning team.

The candidate should have a valid driving licence, proven window cleaning experience, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work at height and in all weather conditions. Saturday overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior glass across all Brighton College sites.
• Create and manage a cleaning rota based on building access and requirements.
• Ensure window cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Leave sites clean with no residue or dirt after each job.
• Assist other cleaning department tasks as required.
• Support Open Mornings and College events, possibly including weekend work as overtime.
