The Division

NSS Cleaning is a leading provider of corporate, retail, and specialist cleaning services, including window cleaning, deep cleans, sanitisation, and pressure washing.

Safety is our top priority. We provide ongoing training to ensure team members maintain necessary qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, IRATA, UKPIA, and others. Lone workers handle low-risk tasks, while two or more operatives are required for MEWP work, cradle work, and tasks above 3 metres.

Clean, well-maintained buildings are vital for our clients' reputations. We aim to respond quickly and invest in training to keep our teams at the forefront of new techniques. Our mission is to grow and provide meaningful employment to 1,000 people.

Requirements

• Full driving licence (max 6 points)

Retail Window Cleaner at NSS Group (Cleaning)

Day work 5am - 1pm, 40 hours (Monday to Friday). Pay: £12.21/hr, £13.46/hr overtime. No experience necessary; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various building locations within your region to perform low-level window cleaning using reach and wash systems and traditional tools
• Follow scheduled work programs based on your postcode
• Work hours are from 5am to 1pm
• Complete approximately 15-20 jobs per day; travel time is paid
• Primarily solo rounds; lone working
• Work on properties such as coffee shops, banks, retailers, and convenience stores
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Adhere to NSS Risk Assessments and Method Statements
