Shift Pattern: 5on 2off (3 Positions – Thursday to Monday x 2 & Friday to Tuesday x 1 – weekends included) 10:00am - 18:00pm

Job Description

As a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including the work to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all required training is necessary. You will work within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have good communication skills. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. A flexible approach, honesty, self-motivation, reliability, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude are important qualities.

Vetting Requirements

Please Note: To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Passport or Driving Licence and/or Right to Work documentation (e.g., residence permit). If your visa has less than 6 weeks remaining, bring evidence of your visa application.
• Proof of current address (dated within the past 3 months).
• Name change documentation if applicable (marriage certificate/deed poll).
• Work history for the last 5 years, including referees if available.
• Proof of National Insurance details.
• DBS check will be required.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you'll be invited for a security interview, which includes completing a security form and providing references. After obtaining all necessary documentation and a DBS check, a GSAT airport security certificate will be arranged, followed by an airport pass application.
