Join the OCS team at the state-of-the-art Hill Dickinson Stadium, home to Everton Football Club. As a Window Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance of one of Europe’s most advanced football venues, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for over 52,000 fans and visitors.

Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

• Clean and maintain all internal and external glass surfaces, including panoramic viewing areas, hospitality suites, and public concourses.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as water-fed poles, squeegees, and access platforms (IPAF certification desirable).
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring attention or repair.
• Work safely at height and follow all health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the wider facilities and maintenance team to ensure high standards across the stadium.
• Clean and maintain all low-level external cladding, including door frames, signage surrounds, and entrance areas.
• Support the cleaning and waste team when necessary, especially during high-traffic events or matchdays.

Health & Safety accountabilities

• Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
• Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
• Ensure that personal H&S competence and skill level is maintained i.e. attended Managing Safety programme and other Company safety events.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
• Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial or stadium window cleaning preferred.
• Comfortable working at height and in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
