Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Window Cleaner for planned and scheduled cleaning tasks across the Midlands and North. This role involves various cleaning activities and necessitates commercial cleaning experience, safety certifications, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate must be flexible with working hours and willing to travel when necessary.

• Desirable: 5 years of checkable work history.

Job description

Job Title: Window Cleaner

Location: Midlands, North

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Sunday - flexibility required

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works across various sites in the Midlands and North Region of the UK.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform window cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, pressure washing, and graffiti removal.
2. Complete all equipment checks as required.
3. Maintain up-to-date paperwork and documentation.
4. Communicate effectively within the team.
5. Follow safety guidelines to work safely.

Skills and Experience:

1. Commercial window cleaning experience is required.
2. Ability to work at heights.
3. Knowledge of specialist cleaning (training provided if necessary).
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Must be able to travel and stay away from home when needed.
6. Certifications: IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, Harness Training, SEAMA.
7. Full valid driver’s license.
