About Us:

Opportunity to join the subsidiary company of the Anglian Home Improvement Group, with over 40 years of experience in making, measuring, and fitting high-quality blinds for both domestic and commercial clients. We are a trusted name in the industry, pride ourselves on transforming spaces with our beautiful and functional blinds, and are looking for a Window Blind Installer & Surveyor to join our team.

The Role:

As a Window Blind Installer and Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our Operations team. Your primary responsibilities include surveying our customers' properties and installing window blinds efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with both domestic and commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Survey and install a variety of window blinds throughout the year, including solar shading in summer and insulation assistance in winter.
2. Accurately survey customer requirements.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with installations.
4. Collaborate with the Operations team to schedule and coordinate installations.
5. Perform on-site measurements for accurate installations.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Adhere to health & safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

What We Need:

1. At least 3 years of experience using power tools.
2. Excellent DIY skills.
3. Willingness to learn our techniques.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
