Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Administrator in Ampthill to support engineering programmes within a secure defence environment. The role offers a four-day working week and SC clearance with DV clearance to follow, with strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

You will design, develop and maintain client-side and server-side Windchill customisations, integrations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and process conformity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical PTC Windchill experience.
• Strong understanding of Windchill architecture and PLM processes.
• Experience developing and managing Windchill solutions, including customisation and configuration.
• Software development skills using Java, XML, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (4xFlex)

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a defence organisation to recruit a Windchill PLM Administrator based in Ampthill.

This is an opportunity for an experienced PLM Administrator with 2-3 years of hands-on Windchill experience to support engineering programmes within a secure defence environment, while benefiting from a four-day working week. You will design, develop and maintain client-side and server-side customisations, integrations and data migration solutions for PTC Windchill. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support product data management, engineering change control and collaboration across global engineering disciplines.
