Job summary
RES is looking for a Turbine O&M Technician based near Ashington, England. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electrical systems, particularly in turbine maintenance, and strong fault-finding capabilities. Responsibilities include supporting the O&M team, preparing technical documentation, and conducting audits. A minimum Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Qualifications
Proficient in analytical fault-finding for electrical, mechanical & hydraulic systems.
Experience with Gamesa G80 and other wind turbines valued.
Required high health, safety, quality, and environmental awareness.
Responsibilities
Support the Turbine O&M Team in project delivery.
Provide technical assistance to resolve ongoing issues.
Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and client-required procedures.
