  • £33.25 p/h Days | £37.25 p/h Nights (PAYE)
  • Rolling 12-Month Contract

  • North East England (Travel Covered)

We’re actively hiring multiple experienced Electrical Technicians for a major offshore wind farm project with a leading provider of skilled personnel in the wind energy sector.

Electrical Technician - Role Overview

  • Offshore installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced Low & High Voltage systems
  • Rolling 12-month contract with long-term project potential
  • On a 14/14 rotational schedule, based from a North East UK port
  • Support from an assigned back-office team located just 5 miles from site

Requirements

  • Previous electrical experience on wind turbine (onshore or offshore)
  • Recognised electrical qualifications - or related work experience (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds)
  • Right to work in the UK

Training & Development

  • 2-Week Intro Course on turbine-specific systems (Mon-Fri, 9-5) — £26.50p/h
  • Ongoing paid training to progress to Authorised Technician and HV/Supervisor roles
  • Manufacturer-specific courses paid at £14ph
  • All training, PPE, accommodation, and travel costs covered
