Job summary

At Atlassian Williams F1 Team, Grove, Oxfordshire, a 12-month industrial placement in the Aerodynamic Test Facilities supports the operation and development of state‑of‑the‑art wind tunnels. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop wind tunnel capabilities and test techniques, gaining hands-on experience in a high‑performance motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering with exposure to electrical hardware and tooling.
• Strong collaboration skills and understanding of high-performance teams.
• Adaptable and able to respond to schedule and last-minute changes.
• Good attention to detail in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development of ATF and operate the wind tunnel.
• Create and develop applications and electro-mechanical projects to improve test technique and capability.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem solving to technical challenges.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments.
• Participate in Early Careers learning throughout the placement.
