A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this intermediate position, you'll use your skills and training to perform maintenance and/or installation work on wind turbines under minimal supervision. You will follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and instructions, and may mentor entry-level technicians.

During a typical day, you might be working 250 feet above the ground or in confined spaces for maintenance and repairs. You'll be outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather, climbing, carrying tools, and moving parts. Teamwork, professionalism, safety, and attention to detail are vital, and we encourage safety and quality improvements.

MORE ABOUT YOU

You should have a safety-focused mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You enjoy leading and have strong communication skills. You bring at least 1 year of wind experience or 2-3 years in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical troubleshooting.
