Job description

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead troubleshooting and service teams to deliver scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at site, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, time, and cost requirements.
  • Actively promote the #Homesafe EHS culture, ensuring accurate reporting of incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Prepare and execute work packages and tasks efficiently.
  • Develop technician competencies and mentor team members while providing direct supervision on-site.
  • Liaise with other field teams, technical functions, and service coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain efficient timescales for service activities and assist in creating daily and weekly plans for site teams.
  • Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our wind turbines, contributing to a sustainable energy future.

What you bring

  • Experience working as a Technician, preferably within the wind industry; new entrants are encouraged to apply.
  • Practical experience with MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and remote diagnostic tools is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure while managing a team of service technicians.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of your competency levels as a Technician, Competent Technician, Maintenance Technician, and Troubleshoot Technician.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to transfer to Wind Turbine Generator locations by CTV.
  • Your skills and dedication will help drive our mission of providing cleaner, more reliable energy.
