Job summary

Field Seymour Parkes seeks a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the Reading team. You will manage a varied dispute caseload and build lasting client relationships while collaborating with the firm’s specialists.

We welcome candidates with 5+ years PQE or relevant experience, offering a supportive environment, flexible/hybrid working patterns, and opportunities for business development and leadership within the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 5+ years PQE preferred; candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in managing a dispute resolution caseload.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Dispute ResolutionSolicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading.

The Role

You will handle a varied and challenging caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of commercial and private clients. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong client relationships.

Your work is likely to include:

• Managing a varied and high-quality dispute resolution caseload.
• Developing trusted relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
• Playing an active role in the growth and strategic development of the department.
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Working alongside specialists across the firm, including our highly successful Real Estate team.
• You will also play an active role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.

About You

We are interested in hearing from solicitors who are:

• Qualified Solicitors in England and Wales
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will be considered
• Experienced in managing a dispute resolution caseload
