We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join our expanding team. You’ll manage a varied caseload involving estate planning, administration of estates, and related private client work, while delivering an approachable and personal service to our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in
• Drafting and reviewing wills and trusts for legal compliance.
• Advising on estate planning and tax implications.
• Assisting with the probate process and court filings.
• Administering estates, including asset distribution and debt settlement.
• Collaborating with financial advisors to create comprehensive estate plans.
• In-person role
• Able to work independently with secretarial support
• Manage own caseload
• Ability to network and support client acquisition
• Must hold a practicing certificate (CiLEx or solicitor qualifications) for at least 3 years
