My client is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor who can work independently and has the knowledge to train and develop junior team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE or hold a full CILEX qualification, with experience in:

  • Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts
  • Inheritance tax

Membership of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and/or STEP is desirable but not essential.

Requirements for the Wills & Probate Solicitor include:

  • Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and excellent client care skills
  • Willingness to engage in professional networking and marketing
