• Experience in Wills & Probate or private client matters
• Ability to assist private client lawyers with probate and estate administration
• Experience with document preparation and drafting correspondence

Responsibilities

• Assist private client lawyers with probate and estate administration
• Draft correspondence and documents ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements
• Use case management systems to generate and complete correspondence and documents
• Coordinate and attend meetings, take instructions and notes, liaise with customers
• Research laws and regulations relevant to private client matters
• Liaise with professionals such as financial advisers and accountants
• Support the team with caseload management as appropriate
• Review client documents and assist with client billing to ensure accuracy and deadlines
• Support compliance responsibilities and adherence to policy
