Private Client Solicitor (Wills & Probate) – Derbyshire

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable legal practice in Ripley, Derbyshire.

Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic Fee Earner to join their busy Wills and Probate / Private Client team. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse range of private client matters and provide crucial legal support to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, and Court of Protection applications.
  • Conducting client meetings to understand their needs and provide professional legal advice.
  • Drafting, updating, and producing Wills and LPAs with accuracy.
  • Undertaking property inspections and relevant legal research.
  • Ensuring high levels of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Effectively managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 5- years PQE within Private Client law.
  • Proven experience in professional Will and LPA drafting.
