Job summary

CRA Consulting are recruiting a Wills Paralegal to join the Private Client team of a well-established law firm based in Chesterfield. The role involves drafting Wills, preparing LPAs, meeting clients and supporting a growing Private Client practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s Private Client experience, strong communication skills and a Law degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is desirable for occasional travel between offices.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of Private Client experience.
• Ability to draft Wills, prepare LPAs and advise on estate matters.
• Strong communication, organisation and client handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs for clients.
• Meeting with and advising Private Client clients.
• Assisting with estate, probate matters and signposting to other services.
• Supporting the Private Client team and managing own workload.
