Job summary

Birchall Blackburn Law seeks a Private Client Paralegal in Leyland to support Partners and fee earners with a busy private client caseload, including wills, probate and related trusts.

You will draft documents, assist with administration of estates, prepare accounts and correspondence, open and close files, and maintain excellent client relationships throughout the process, under supervision.

The role is full time (37.5 hours) with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous legal assistant experience preferred.
• Strong client communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in using case management software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and fee earners with private client matters.
• Draft wills, life interest trust wills, simple wills, and probate-related documents.
• Open and close files; manage client enquiries and correspondence.
• Provide high-quality service with timely document drafting and client interaction.
