Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Wills and Probate practitioner located in Newcastle Upon Tyne at Emmersons Solicitors Limited. The role involves assisting clients with will writing, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection matters. The practitioner will work closely with the Private Client Team to provide expert legal advice and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Experience with contested Probate is a plus
