Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of probate matters.
2. Draught wills and provide advice to clients on estate planning.
3. Utilise your knowledge of LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts.

Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of conveyancing as it pertains to probate.
2. Proficiency in using case management software such as Proclaim and Word.
3. Post-qualified experience in probate or equivalent experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
