The ideal candidate will have over 3 years PQE and will manage a diverse range of private client work including Wills, estate planning, and probate matters. Role: Wills and Probate Lawyer
Location: Bakewell, Derbyshire
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

CRA Consulting, working within our specialist headhunting division, are proud to be representing a well-known, historic legal practice at the heart of Bakewell. This highly respected firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Fee Earner to strengthen their thriving Private Client team.

Responsibilities

You will manage a diverse caseload of private client work, including:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills & estate planning
  • Administration of estates & probate matters
  • Creation and management of Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection work
  • Inheritance tax planning

You will have full support from the wider team and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships within a well-established, loyal client base.

Qualifications

This role would be ideally suited to:

  • A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in Private Client
  • OR a STEP qualified fee earner with proven experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with a client-focused approach
  • Desire to progress within a respected and supportive regional practice
