We're looking for will writers and experienced estate planning paralegals to join our team.

At Co-op Legal Services we're passionate about developing our colleagues. We offer internal trainee solicitor programmes with a focus on estate planning as well as opportunities for progression. In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end-to-end, draft documents, and take instructions on wills and related estate planning documents. You'll communicate with clients remotely, providing excellent service and resolving cases efficiently. This role offers exposure to diverse cases, helping you grow your expertise within a supportive team. If you possess the required skills, we can provide a rewarding career opportunity.

What you’ll do:

• Draft wills of varying complexity, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
• Communicate with clients and external partners via phone and written correspondence throughout each case
• Manage a caseload and collaborate with involved parties to achieve successful case completion
• Maintain client records and correspondence accurately, ensuring compliance with standards
