Job Opportunity: Will Writer

TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is supporting a reputable firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge Wells in their search for a Will Writer to join their team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the private client tax team where you will be offered significant autonomy.

Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage your own workload.
2. Take initial instructions from clients.
3. Prepare and advise on Wills of various complexities, draft powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally written.
4. Provide high-quality, timely, and professional advice.
5. Correspond with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
6. Attend clients in their own environments as required.
7. Refer complex trust inquiries, IHT advice, etc., to the partner.
8. Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company’s computer system.
9. Promote a compassionate and sensitive approach, ensuring a positive client experience, especially when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
