What we're looking for:

We're seeking a candidate with excellent customer service skills and good technical knowledge of WiFi and wireless systems. Experience with Cisco and/or CWNP is preferred, but other relevant technologies are also acceptable. A full UK Drivers Licence is required. Our office is based in Chippenham, and while remote work is possible, attendance in the office for meetings and projects is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing wireless network architectures for pre- and post-sales.
• Implementing wireless network solutions.
• Integrating wireless networks with existing or new systems.
• Configuring wireless networks for various systems.
• Assisting with RFPs and collaborating with the sales team.
• Managing relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
• Developing Android, iOS, and Windows applications.
• Providing third-line wireless support to Peak Technologies' Customer Services.
• Traveling to customer sites for installation and repairs as needed.
• Offering IT and wireless security consultancy services.
