Location: London (Hybrid - Flexible Remote Working)

Salary: 50,000 + Annual Bonus + Enhanced Benefits

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility required for events)

Join one of London's most prestigious event spaces during a transformative 2 billion renovation. We're seeking a WiFi & Event Tech Consultant to act as the key liaison between world-renowned clients, the commercial team, and the technical delivery team.

The Role:

Be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients regarding WiFi connectivity and event technology needs.
Work closely with the commercial team to secure business and define client tech requirements.
Bridge the gap between clients and the IT/AV teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Oversee the setup and delivery of Wi-Fi and AV solutions for events.

About You:

Strong experience in hospitality and events technology.
Confidence in engaging with high-profile clients.
Ability to translate technical requirements into clear business needs.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends when required (TOIL provided).
