Based in West End – Blended work week
  • Varied role within a small supportive HR team
  • Up to $85k plus super + salary packaging
The organisation

The opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of P&C, this role will focus on WHS, return to work, and HR support. Responsibilities include providing support, advice, and training to line managers and employees on all WHS matters, managing incidents, investigations, claims, and return-to-work processes. Additionally, you will assist with wellbeing initiatives, compliance, and record keeping.

Selection criteria
  • HR / WHS qualification – current or completed
  • Proven experience in a similar WHS / Return to work / HR role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of legislation, compliance, and policies
  • Solutions-focused approach and a collaborative team player
