Overview and purpose of role:

Under the supervision of the EMEI Wholesale, Franchise and Global Etailer Director, the Wholesale Project Coordinator will support the execution and implementation of our online and selective distribution strategy. This short-term project will run from June to August and focuses on evaluating current partners through specified criteria and assisting in the rollout of the strategy.

This project aims to ensure our brand is represented in the appropriate wholesale environments, aligned with our brand values.

The role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across commercial, operational, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  1. Analyze existing distribution channels and assess their alignment with brand strategy and criteria.
  2. Build a documentation portfolio for the client portfolio.
  3. Support the Wholesale team with coordinating the rollout plan.
  4. Track implementations across the network.

Skills and Requirements:

Technical:

  • Previous experience in project coordination within a wholesale environment, ideally in luxury fashion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; French and Italian are a plus.

Soft skills:

  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, manage time and resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, adaptable, flexible, and autonomous.
  • Strong brand awareness and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
