VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of about 80 business processes across the VWG dealer network. In this fast-paced role you will support dealers and stakeholders, delivering excellent service while handling multiple tasks and systems.

You will gain deep knowledge of Excel and SAP, with a delivery mindset and strong attention to detail. The role requires independent work across various processes and timely resolution of queries under SLAs.

Were looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual process and multiple automated processes across the business area. This is a supportive role where the successful candidate would be a person who thrives with a varied workload - working across multiple products, processes and systems within one day. This high paced role will be instrumentalin delivering support as and when needed to Dealers and Stakeholders, providing excellent customer service at all times. What youll be doing: Responsible for the completion of daily assigned tasks which must be completed within agreed Service Level Agreements. Undertake training on up to 80 business processes. Work collaboratively across the team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed and provide further support on outstanding tasks or help solve more complex queries. Support problem resolution, build in-depth product and technical knowledge across multiple systems and applications to understand how data and information is held and analyse the information to help resolve customer queries. Manage the daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within associated systems. Respond to incoming dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or e-mail. Complete the daily processing of used vehicle funding files by validating requests against funding criteria, formatting & uploading funding requests onto the correct dealer funding products. Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with compliance and Organisational Manual for European Banking OMEB regulations to enable the provision of liquidity and the movement of vehicle stock across the Volkswagen Group (VWG) retailer network.

Youll be experienced working with Excel and SAP application software with fantastic attention to detail. Youll have a delivery mindset with true passion for delivering excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. Essential experience & skills Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder to resolve any queries. Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft (particularly Excel) and SAP application software. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. Ability to work independently and work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder in order find solutions to queries that may span multiple processes. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly define and investigate complex business process issues with an ability to identify possible resolutions. Organised and able to work flexibly and effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
