I'm partnering with a luxury beauty & cosmetics brand looking to hire a Wholesale Operations Manager to strengthen their UK operations. With a strong footprint across premium retailers and growing international demand, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business at an exciting point in its journey.

About the Role

Reporting directly to Head of Supply Chain, you’ll oversee the full supply chain function across key retail accounts, including major names like John Lewis, Sephora, and Cult Beauty. You’ll manage a small team (two direct reports), lead the relationship with the 3PL warehouse, and act as a key commercial partner - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive stock availability, operational efficiency, and cost savings.

This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of commercial supply chain management, retail relationship building, and operational leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage retailer supply chain operations, ensuring stock is delivered OTIF (on time, in full)
• Build strong working relationships with UK retail partners, aligning on forecasts, promotions, and NPD launches
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring SLA and KPI performance
• Manage inbound shipments from European operations (Paris) and coordinate stock flow to UK partners
• Analyse key supply chain KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead monthly performance reviews with the warehouse and retailers
• Manage and mentor two Supply Chain Coordinators, ensuring clear goal setting and development

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing retailer supply chains (John Lewis, Sephora, etc. ideal)
• Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally
• Confident working with ERP and WMS systems (experience working with European HQs a bonus)
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on KPIs, logistics costs, and stock performance
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners
