The role of Wholesale Operations & Customer Service Manager means you will lead a team, and manage all day-to-day order management, allocation, and fulfilment of wholesale orders. You will work with wholesale partners in the UK and globally, where you will ensure key dates are met, and relationships are maintained and developed where possible.
