Job Description:

TALA, a digital-first women’s activewear company, has been on a growth trajectory since its founding in 2019 by Entrepreneur Grace Beverley. With strong organic social traction, we’ve developed a multi-channel marketing strategy. Following our success, we’ve secured funding from top venture capitalists and are experiencing rapid growth. We’re seeking an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our expanding team. This role reports to the Logistics Manager.

Tasks

• Assist the Buying & Merchandising team with setting up SKUs in Zedonk.
• Create Barcodes and price labels.

Wholesale Operations:

Coordinate with warehouse to process Wholesale orders for picking and dispatch.

Work closely with the Senior Wholesale Executive to manage wholesale deliveries with partners, using their portals and carriers.

Gather and share wholesale partner-specific order requirements (Country of Origin, HTS code, EAN code, MID).

Report picking discrepancies and packing requirements to the Wholesale team for escalation.

Handle invoicing for Wholesale orders.

D2C Operations:

Communicate with 3PL warehouse and carriers to resolve order queries promptly.

Support forecasting of order quantities for new launches.

Systems and processes:

• Work with the Logistics Manager to improve processes and reporting for better customer experience and data insights.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with inbound deliveries, inventory management, and order/stock queries.
• Analyze shipping invoices for errors.
• In the absence of the Logistics Manager, lead weekly and monthly reporting to ensure smooth operations.
