Role Overview:

As Wholesale Merchandising Administrator, you will manage stock, administration, and cash spend to optimize trading performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing weekly and daily reports and ensuring invoice completion
  • Maximizing stock availability to meet KPIs
  • Supporting development of the own-label food range based on wholesale partner needs
  • Reforecasting demand with the Food Merchandiser
  • Providing management information for range reviews
  • Managing terminal/short-dated and delisted stock
  • Maintaining system data integrity
  • Communicating with the DC team regarding service and stock activity
  • Supporting wholesale functions with PO raising, reporting, and analysis
