Job Description:

Mode is thrilled to be partnering with a premium beauty brand looking for a Wholesale Manager to spearhead growth across the UK. This is your chance to work with a coveted brand and lead wholesale partnerships that elevate its presence in the market.

This role will be based from the office 3 days a week or in field, 2 from home.

This isn’t just about numbers, it’s about shaping the brand’s wholesale strategy, expanding key accounts, and ensuring exceptional partnerships with top retailers. You’ll be at the forefront of business development, working closely with buyers and distributors to drive sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth by managing and expanding retail partnerships across the UK.
  2. Cultivate strong connections with buyers, retailers, and distributors.
  3. Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure sales targets are exceeded.
  4. Identify and secure new wholesale partners that align with the brand’s premium positioning.
  5. Oversee inventory levels, sales trends, and order management to keep everything running smoothly.
  6. Work closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to execute successful launches and campaigns.

Requirements

  1. A Wholesale Manager with experience in premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
  2. A results-driven professional with a strong track record of growing wholesale accounts with key partners such as Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty and John Lewis.
  3. A confident negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. A strategic thinker who can balance the big picture with the day-to-day details.
  5. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  6. A team player who can collaborate cross-functionally to bring a brand to life.
