Responsibilities

• Negotiate with multiple suppliers ensuring good pricing, availability and quality.
• Manage multiple truck contracts and deliveries, ensuring that the deliveries are prioritized and delivered on time. The products' details are essential, as are trucking company bids and schedule commitments.
• Evaluate incoming containers by checking for errors or inconsistencies with the product.
• Document and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure a smooth process from shipping to receiving.

Requirements

• Knowledge of QuickBooks & Excel is required
• Experience with inventory itemization is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Hours and Pay

• Full-time (In-Person)
• M-F 8-hour shift
• $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year depending on experience
