Here at COS we are now looking for a key account manager to join our Wholesale Team, reporting into our Sales Manager External Partnerships. You will be an integral part to our expansion into this exciting and promising business area.

As a Wholesale Key Account Manager you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability with each of your key partners. You will be given the responsibility to set, execute and follow up on the overall Wholesale strategy & vision. You should have fantastic communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate cross functionally at all levels.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the COS assortment on wholesale partner platforms, ensuring the brand vision, aesthetic, look and feel is secured.
  • Prepare and conduct product meetings with COS' buying teams, create assortment presentations using internal systems an tools
  • Prepare and own selection meetings with your wholesale partners and secure order placements following agreed timelines. Ensure changes are communicated efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships, and collaborate closely with your wholesale partners to increase knowledge of respective markets and customer behaviours, and identify selling opportunities
  • Collaboration with COS's merchandising teams to potentialize on local selling opportunities through wholesale partners
  • Collaborate with regional Marketing teams to ensure brand and partner requirements are briefed in advance and a timely delivery of assets is secured.
  • Monitor, analyse, and respond to partner selling info and marketing activities, using these insights to feedback to the buying & merchandising; regional and marketing teams

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions of the business
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, maintaining a high standard of service in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to work, with a track record of taking initiative
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset for identifying issues and delivering effective solutions
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with internal systems such as Compass or Whale is a plus
