We are seeking to hire a Wholesale Account Manager for the East Midlands / South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a customer portfolio to meet all financial KPIs set by the business.
  • Develop major customers through deep customer knowledge and create cross-functional growth plans aligned with the UK marketing strategy to drive sustainable sales.
  • Utilize digital capabilities to work with Marketing on e-Commerce & social media plans and identify new sources of revenue via digital channels.
  • Manage full P&L with a focus on NES, L6b, and GP1% metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Education teams to create joint value for Henkel and its customers.
  • Advocate for accounts within the company and build networks at all levels within the customer base.
  • Generate educational opportunities within major accounts to educate and inspire customer teams, particularly for Indola & Schwarzkopf brands.
  • Use analytical skills to derive insights from data sources and make business proposals to the Head of Wholesales and UK management.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Forecast financial and volume metrics for the customer base.
  • Balance short-term and long-term requirements while collaborating with diverse teams to control and grow the business.
  • Maintain a positive and solutions-focused approach in a dynamic business environment.
