Brellis Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Sales Account Manager for a Warwickshire-based design and lifestyle brand. You will manage wholesale accounts, nurture relationships with buyers and retailers, and drive new stockists to grow the business.

The role combines account management with new business development, leveraging an established product range and CRM process to maintain a healthy pipeline and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or wholesale account management.
• Proactive in new business development and lead conversion.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of wholesale customers as main contact.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers and retail partners.
• Grow accounts through range reviews, planning and new product introductions.
• Convert warm leads from trade shows and inquiries into active accounts.
• Research and approach new stockists across UK and international markets.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline with clear next actions and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand at UK trade shows and international exhibitions.
